Refund policy

At Ayurveda Bhawan, we deal in Ayurvedic and wellness products. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing items in the package

To request a return:

• You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Provide unboxing video + images

⚠️ Without proof, request will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

• Refund will be processed only after verification
• Refund time: 5–10 working days
• Refund will be credited to original payment method

Cancellation Policy

• Order can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once shipped → cancellation not allowed
